Back to the Shop

All items purchased in the Shop will be sent out within 1 - 4 working days. Delivery will be via a courier and a tracking number will be emailed to you. At present pieces are shipped to the UK and USA.. If you would like to order from outside of these areas please get in touch first and we will advise on shipping costs. Overseas customers will be responsible for paying customs fees if they are required.

Please note that you are entitled to cancel this purchase if you so wish, provided you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the products. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract prior to order despatch, please contact me.

In the current Covid-19 pandemic emergency we may be prevented from meeting these timescales by outside circumstances. We will inform you of revised timescales in this case as soon as we know.

Breakages

The item that you purchase will be packaged to minimise the risk of the item breaking – the piece will be packaged in a box that is then packaged in a second strong outer box.

If for any reason your piece does arrive broken, please contact me with details and I will arrange to either replace the item or give you a full refund. Fortunately, I have not had any breakages so far, packaging the glass the way I do.
